Flexibly Study Options
The Theology & Worship courses can be completed to Certificate, Diploma or Degree level. Each level provides an evenly weighted combination of theology, music and worship and is complete in itself, but also provides the foundation for the next year. You can also choose to study to your chosen level either full or part-time.

Full Time – On-campus or Blended
Each level is studied for five days a week over three terms.
- First year Certificate of Higher Education (level 4):
- Second year Diploma of Higher Education (level 5):
- Third year BA Hons (level 6):
Part Time – On-campus
If you need to take the course part-time, we recommend that you take two years over each level, and follow this timetable:
Certificate
- Year One – Theology modules on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Year Two – Worship modules on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Diploma
- Year Three – Theology modules on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Year Four – Worship modules on Thursdays and Fridays
Degree
- Years Five and Six– Worship modules can be taken on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays– Your Project and the core Theology module (usually on Wednesdays and Fridays). Years Five and Six are more flexible as the timetable is dependent on each student’s module choices
