It is with regret than after many years of having delivered this programme to theological educators around the globe, the declining number of students wishing to enrol on the course along with the depletion of bursary funds offered to help subsidise those who did enrol, has led us to take the difficult decision that the programme will no longer be offered to new entrants from 2022. As we start the process of teaching out those currently on the programme, we will only be offering for this year’s entrants the one year PG Cert in Theological Education.

We are convinced that there remains a need for high quality programmes in Theological Education and having just restructured our MA in Integrative Theology to become our new MA is Theological Studies, we are now looking at plans to start developing a new MA in Ministry Studies which would incorporate a Theological Education module.

If you are a full-time student, you can work to graduate in 3 years. If you are a part-time student you will normally complete your studies in 6 years. You will also have two practical placement modules that you will complete at levels 4 and 5, and a final dissertation project at level 6.
