Our Principal, Professor Mark Cartledge visited Turku, Finland in February to give a keynote address at a symposium on Pentecostalism; Exploring Key Themes and Global Trends at the Polin Institute for Theological Research, Abo Akademi University.   His keynote address was entitled ‘Exploring Pentecotal Public Theology; Key Themes’.

Professor Cartledge is known for his writing in the fields of Pentecostalism, Practical Theology and more recently Public Theology.  The symposium brought together scholars and researchers from Nordic countries to discuss Pentecostalism and share research.
