London School of Theology to welcome Semester Abroad students from Regent University, Virginia, United States.

We are delighted to announce that London School of Theology will be welcoming undergraduate students (sophomore year) from Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA.

A semester abroad at London School of Theology offers overseas students to become part of our community, attend classes, experience life on our Northwood campus and enjoy the accessibility of living in a part of London which also has accessible links to the city. Regent students who are interested can apply to join London School of Theology for a semester abroad through Regent University’s semester abroad process.

Applications can be made for either the autumn (fall) semester, starting in late September, or spring semester, starting in late January, early February. For a list of classes, please consult Regent University.

Our vision for partnering with Regent

Both the Principal, The Revd. Professor Mark Cartledge, and our Professor of New Testament and Early Christianity, Professor Graham Twelftree, have worked at Regent University prior to coming to London School of Theology.

We thank God for these connections and conversations that have been built with Regent. As a result, a semester abroad partnership will be an opportunity to enrich the educational experience of both Regent university students and LST students.

Regent students can expect a ‘British’ in-classroom experience, as well as a different approach to assessment and grading. The LST community will be enriched by a different group of students bringing their gifts, talents and enthusiasm to life in a London college.

Our hope is that this partnership will open new doors as we equip a generation of students, to form disciples of Jesus Christ and resource the ministry of churches globally, impacting society by our witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God.
