PA to the Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) and Academic Dean (AD)

We have a vacancy for a full-time PA to the to the Director of Finance & Administration and to the Academic Dean. Previous experience working as an executive-level PA in a similar size organisation would be essential. The person appointed will need to be excellent at administration and organisation, be highly attentive to detail and be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal relationships. He/she must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and be able to cope with a variable workload.

Academic Administrator (Part Time)

We are looking for an experienced administrator in the academic environment to provide administrative support, expertise and assistance to the Academic Secretary in their role, with a specific, but not exclusive focus on the development, monitoring, evaluation and implementation of Quality Assurance processes, policies and procedures within the delivery of Teaching and Learning at LST.
This role may be combined with the role of Programme Administrator for Online Education to create a full time post.

Programme Administrator (Online Education) (Part Time)

We are looking for an administrator for the Online Education programme to provide administrative support and assistance to the Director of Online Education. You will cooperate in the oversight of LST's virtual learning environment, in the support and in the support of LST's online students, courses and programmes. You will be proactive in identifying efficiencies and have a real desire to improve work practices.
This role may be combined with the role of Academic Administrator to create a full time post.
