London School of Theology is the largest interdenominational evangelical theological college in Europe with over 300 full-time and 1,000 distance learning students. Over 100 are resident on campus. Full-time Registrar, salary dependent on experience

LST is now seeking to recruit a full-time Registrar. This is a senior role within the organisation reporting directly to the Academic Secretary, Director of Academic Support and with line management responsibility for the Compliance & Reporting Officer and Programme Administrators.

The post holder will be responsible for developing people, systems and processes to facilitate compliance with internal policies and regulations and external regulatory requirements. In particular, the post holder will play a key role in the development of LST’s response to the emerging regulatory environment following the institution’s application for registration with Office for Students and will support the Academic Secretary, Director of Academic Support to implement systems and processes to assure quality, meet reporting requirements and support students to access, success and progress from the higher education LST offers.

The successful post holder will be educated to degree level as a minimum and will have worked at senior level in at least one role within the higher education sector. Experience of responding to the regulatory requirements arising from QAA, HESA, HEAPES, UKVI and Student Loans Company as well as knowledge of co-ordinating the National Student Survey and Graduate Outcomes Survey is essential, as is the proven ability to manage a team and understand and adhere to people management processes.
