LST Theology & Counselling Lecturer

LST are looking to appoint a lecturer who will lecture on  Levels 4, 5, 6 and 7, have tutoring and pastoral care of students responisibilities as well as setting and marking assessments and examinations, and group facilitation.

Other activities will inlcude:

  • Research supervision for Masters programmes.
  • Year leader and Fieldwork Coordinator for Level 6 of the Theology and Counselling BA.
  • Professional and clinical oversight of students in line with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited course standards.
  • Publishing peer reviewed research.

Manager of Counselling Services

REMA Counselling Service is a local mental health charity. Our Counselling Service is a busy, well-established counselling service for people across the county of Hertfordshire. We also provide counselling training placements to trainees on accredited counselling diplomas.

We are recruiting a Counselling Manager to coordinate, lead, develop and expand our counselling service. This is a senior management position in a thriving organisation and requires an experienced practitioner (BACP, UKCP, HPC or BPC accredited). It is essential to have experience of Integrative Counselling, management and working in an organisational setting, along with a willingness to embrace and develop a broad range of counselling models.

Counselling Administrator (Part Time) 

LST is also looking for a  motivated individual to support the Counselling Manager in delivering the REMA Counselling Service and ensure that counsellors are fully supported.  This will involve ensuring the smooth administration of the service including carrying out administrative duties such as data entry, reception cover, updating systems, data collection and the development of promotional material.  You will have excellent communication skills and proven experience of managing your own time and workload in a busy environment.
