Dr Naar M’fundisi-Holloway is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and educator with over a decade of impactful service in theological education, strategic communication, and institutional governance. Currently the Vice Principal of Christ Theological College, she provides strategic oversight for operations and communications while actively contributing to the institution’s policy development and governance. Additionally, Dr M’fundisi-Holloway serves as a Senior Researcher with The Salvation Army in the UK, where her work integrates theology with social action, supporting initiatives for community impact.

A native of Zambia, Dr M’fundisi-Holloway holds a PhD and Master’s degree in Theology from the University of Birmingham, specialising in Pentecostal and Charismatic Christianity. She has authored several journal articles, book chapters, and the book Pentecostal and Charismatic Christianity and Civic Engagement in Zambia (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018). As a respected voice in African Christianity, she regularly speaks at international conferences and contributes to discourse on faith-based civic engagement.

Beyond her academic and professional commitments, Dr M’fundisi-Holloway is a wife, mother to two beautiful children, and a worship leader. She is also the founder of Vidoli Brown Dolls, a business aimed at promoting diversity and inspiring young children to celebrate their cultural identity. Her personal and professional journey exemplifies a dedication to fostering academic excellence, diversity, and intercultural dialogue, making her a valuable addition to the London School of Theology’s Board of Trustees.
