Joan is an Alumna of LST, graduating in 1994 with a BA in Theology. She has an MA in Sociology (University of Durham). For the past 30 years she has been involved in church-based community development work in the charity sector and in church organisations in the UK and overseas, as both a consultant and also in a voluntary capacity. She has worked in Higher Education at four universities as a lecturer, development and learning consultant, and careers skills (PDP) manager.
