Paul is an innovation-led senior leader who works at the intersection of technology, strategy and mission-focused organisations. Having initially studied classical music at Trinity College of Music (now Trinity Laban), he transitioned into technology, including a long tenure serving Holy Trinity Brompton and Alpha International.​

He has led strategic programmes across the Church of England, the Parish Giving Scheme, Pearson Education, Amnesty International, Nike and numerous start-ups, bringing broad experience across education, commercial, not-for-profit and fintech contexts. He currently works with a number of organisations as a fractional CxO and mentor, advising boards and founders on growth and digital transformation.
